TOP: This franchise required a wide range of promotional material to attract patrons to their stores. The promotional material grew to include; in-store point of sale, menus, loyalty cards and an entire standard operation manual (below).
BASE: The objective was to design a comprehensive operation manual (200 pages) that was simple in functionality and easy for bakers, cooks and staff to use during service. Lifestyle photography was also used, based around a Parisian theme and a warm colour palette aimed at attracting investors.
